Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using getfrodo.com or the public-profile sharing feature, you agree to these Terms and to the Frodo Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enable public sharing.

Eligibility and account connections

• You must have authority to use any X account you connect to Frodo for public sharing.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your connected account and for the decision to publish a public profile.
• You must provide accurate information when using support or the public-profile feature.

License to use the site

Subject to these Terms, Frodo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the site and its public-profile surfaces for their intended purpose.

Public profiles and your responsibilities

• Public sharing is optional. Nothing becomes public until you explicitly enable the feature from inside the app and complete the X connection flow.
• You are responsible for reviewing the preview and privacy disclosures before publishing.
• You understand that a published profile is accessible at a direct public URL based on your X username and may be viewed, shared, or cached by others.
• You can remove the public profile later from Frodo Settings, but copies outside Frodo's control may persist elsewhere on the internet.

Acceptable use

• You may not use the site or public-profile feature for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
• You may not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation, or publish using an account you do not control.
• You may not attempt to bypass authentication, deletion, token revocation, rate limits, or other service protections.
• You may not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of getfrodo.com or its related APIs.

Third-party services

The service depends on third-party providers, including X for identity and Cloudflare and Supabase for hosting, authentication, and storage. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and Frodo is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Ownership

Frodo and its website, branding, software, and service content are owned by Frodo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology to you.

Enforcement and removal

Frodo may suspend or remove a public profile, revoke publish credentials, block access to the sharing feature, or restrict use of the site when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues, third-party platform requirements, or legal obligations.

Service limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, getfrodo.com and the public-sharing feature are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Frodo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free publishing, permanent availability of public pages, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frodo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the site or the public-profile feature.

Changes to the service or Terms

Frodo may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site or public-profile feature, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised Terms.
